SC Pride thanks & congradulates Upstate Pride - Tuesday, June 23, 2009

Thanks to Upstate Pride

Ryan Wilson, president of SC Pride, sends out a thanks to Upstate Pride, which went off without a hitch this past Saturday, June 20:

Congrats & Thanks to Bruce [Converse], Michael [Van Diver], Harriet [Hancock], and Jennifer [Tague] for leading the Upstate Pride parade on Saturday with our brand new Pride Movement banner that Tamera [Tedder] donated. From what I was told, PK [Weiss] & the organizers of Upstate Pride asked them to carry the banner to lead the march. How exciting we got to share in that moment with them! SC Pride Movement was a proud sponsor of both Upstate & SC Black Pride this past weekend and had representatives at both events.
